Tea

A lot of our honey ends up in a cup of tea, so we brought in the tea too. These come from two Toronto tea makers. Pluck, founded in 2012, works a named Canadian ingredient into several of its blends, from Nova Scotia cranberries to Ontario apple, and Genuine Tea hand-blends its tea, sold loose or in pyramid bags, and dates it by harvest. Most of these teas come with a note on which of our honeys suits the cup, if you take yours sweet.
