  • Free shipping is available on orders over US $50.
  • Valid for the 48 contiguous U.S. states, including the District of Columbia.
  • 15 kg products are excluded from free shipping.

Flat‑Rate Shipping

  • Orders under US $50: $15 flat rate.
  • Bulk products: $20 flat rate.

Shipping & Fulfillment

  • All U.S. retail orders ship from our partner MIMIC in Utah.
  • All U.S. wholesale shipments are currently paused due to shipping restrictions from Canada to the USA.

Note: Some restrictions apply. Free shipping may not be available to some remote areas. In these cases, a discounted shipping rate will apply, or we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.

Stock Notice: There is a known issue with inventory levels displaying incorrectly based on location (e.g., stock visible in Canada appearing as available in the USA). This may allow items to be added to your cart but prevent checkout if inventory is unavailable in your region.


Tariffs/Border Customs Situation Regarding Shipment from Canada

We cannot ship from Canada to the USA. This remains constant despite tariffs being removed and/or honey being USMCA (aka CUSMA) defined as tariff free because the de minimis program has been removed. This means that as it crosses the border, other customs fee still applies (just no duty/tariff) and it is no longer economical to ship to US for small orders.

Wholesale to the USA through Faire is also indefinitely paused for the same reason.
