Tariffs Situation
2026 March 3:
All orders going to addresses in the USA are shipped from our partner, MIMIC in Utah.
There is a minor issue with stock levels displaying incorrect levels based on location (Ex: In stock in Canada might show as in stock in USA). Which will let you add to cart but prevent you from checking out.
We cannot ship from Canada to the USA. This remains constant despite tariffs being removed and/or honey being USMCA (aka CUSMA) defined as tariff free as de minimis program has been removed. This means that as it crosses the border, customs fee still applies (just no duty/tariff) and it is no longer economical to ship to US for small orders.
Wholesale to the USA through Faire is also indefinitely paused for the same reason.

Free Shipping
Free shipping is not available for 15kg products.
Free shipping is available for purchases over CA$75 (about US$55 as of writing) to all 48 contiguous U.S. states (including the District of Columbia).
For orders under CA$75, flat rate shipping of US$15 is available.
*Note: Some restrictions apply. Free shipping may not be available to some remote areas, in which case, a discounted shipping rate will apply, or we will contact you for an alternative arrangement.

Free shipping will be via UPS or FedEx (Ground and Express).
Standard Rates
Standard rates are provided by UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post (delivered by USPS) are available for all states and territories of USA, including: Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Armed Forces regions.
