UPS Delays
Feb 18, 10:34 EST: All orders made on the first week of Feb has now passed customs and are on the way. All new orders also seem to pass customs without delay. There are still some orders yet to pass customs in between, but newer orders doesn't seem affected. So we will now resume sending with UPS again.
Tariffs
As of February 4th, 2025, the 25% tariff to be imposed on all Canadian made goods going to the United States has been delayed. As a result, shipments are made to the United States without any change. However, should the tariffs be applied, on delivery attempt of your shipment, there may be a duty fee (and broker/customs clearance fee) that will be collected by the courier.

Free shipping is not available for 15kg products.
Free shipping is available for purchases over $75 CAD to all 48 contiguous U.S. states (including the District of Columbia).

Standard Rates
Standard rates are provided by UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post (delivered by USPS) are available for all states and territories of USA, including: Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Armed Forces regions.
