Coconut Flour Pancake with Organic Maple Syrup (Vegetarian + eggs)

Ingredients

  • coconut flour (We used "Bob's Red mill) - 3 Table Spoons 
  • baking powder (You can choose gluten free option) - 1/4 tea spoon 
  • 3 eggs
  • sea salt - 1/2 tea spoon 
  • Any nut milk (We used soy milk) or coconut milk - 3 Table spoons
  • Coconut oil (liquid) - 2 Table spoons

How to

  • Prepare a large bowl
  • Beat the egg
  • mix all the ingredient into a bowl 
  • whisk above
  • Prepare a pan and heat it up to medium heat
  • Pour a small amount of mixed ingredients onto the pan 
  • when the bubble comes up you can flip the pancake
  • Pour the maple syrup on top and decorate with fruits 
  • Enjoy!
