I have now bought several bags of these. I was hesitant leaving a review as to how good they are because more people would be ordering them and I definitely don't want these to ever sell out. Anyways that would not be fair to the company or future customers. I believe they are very good quality and taste really really good at the same time being very good for you. My favourite is a spoonful in my vanilla yogurt. That is me desert these days now that I am paying attention to what I put into my body as I get older & more educated in regards to food. Even though I have been eating these hemp seeds for only short time I notice improvement with the way my body digests food and just feeling better overall. I will definitely continue to eat these without hesitation. They are a must have for healthy eating if you ask me….
I started eating hemp seed since last year and I found out it was such a great source of protein and Omega-3. Since my last purchase was almost over I was looking for a new option. And while I was researching, I found out oneroot honey company which I buy organic honey from had hemp seed too! I was really glad to fine them on amazon because I originally found them at wholefood. After tasting hemp seed, I realized their product quality is so awesome in general. I usually take hemp seed with cold pressed juice, salad and I make pesto out of it too.
