Infused Honey Triple Set - Cinnamon, Cacao, Ginseng

The chocolate honey has seeds on top just so people know. It didn't bother me but some may want to know. Amazing taste. I used it for toasted bagels. I put One Root cacao on one half and peanut butter on the other half. Very tasty. Cacao honey would probably be a very good mix with coffee rather than the processed sugar with sulfur in it. One Root honey is thick. I didn't like the cinnamon as much as I thought I would, but I still liked it. It is good to put in tea. I tried the ginseng honey today. It's good but my least favorite of the three. I would use it for tea. I would buy the cacao honey again without a thought as long as the money was available. I would also buy the cinnamon honey again but I think the price should be a little lower than the cacao. I wish One Root had the cacao in 1 kg. jars and priced it exactly three times higher than the 300 gram jar. That way the customer gets 100 grams free. Also, you could market it so if a customer buys so much cacao honey, they get a free 300 gram cinnamon honey and free delivery. So maybe the purchase of two 1 kg. cacao honey to get a free 300 gram cinnamon. You MUST get the 1 kg and maybe even 2 kg. or more jars! Time to get serious! So I would give the cinnamon honey 4 stars but that's still a solid score and worth buying. One Root honey has a tendency to stick to the bottom of the cup but that's an indicator that it is pure. When it dissolves too easily, it's grocery store honey that has syrup, water, sugar and other unknowns in it. Beware of this. When honey is too cheap for too much, this is a RED FLAG. I would never trust a big box or grocery store. They have nothing but disdain for the customer. However, it seems One Root honey is for sale at Amazon. Big grocery stores and other big monopoly chains think you're stupid and do not know how to test honey. There are several ways including the burn test. Put some honey on the end of a rolled up toilet tissue. Real honey that is pure should burn. Honey also came undamaged in good jars and packaged more than adequately in a box.
