Hemp seeds are a great source of multiple essential fatty acids like linoleic acid (omega-6) and alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3) in an ideal ratio of 3:1. As the body is unable to produce these acids, they must be absorbed through the diet, such as hemp seeds.

An absolute true believer.
I have now bought several bags of these. I was hesitant leaving a review as to how good they are because more people would be ordering them and I definitely don’t want these to ever sell out. Anyways that would not be fair to the company or future customers. I believe they are very good quality and taste really really good at the same time being very good for you. My favourite is a spoonful in my vanilla yogurt. That is me desert these days now that I am paying attention to what I put into my body as I get older & more educated in regards to food. Even though I have been eating these hemp seeds for only short time I notice improvement with the way my body digests food and just feeling better overall. I will definitely continue to eat these without hesitation. They are a must have for healthy eating if you ask me….
