Power Up Vegetarian Protein Ball recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 TS of Granola (Crushed)
- 1/2 TS of Honey
- 1/2 TS of Almond (Crushed)
- 1+1/2 Table spoon of chia seed/Hemp seed
- 1 TS of Vegetable-based protein powder
- 1/2 TS of Peanut butter (Optional)
2. Make a ball shape out of 1
*Sprinkle extra protein powder on*
* Add extra crushed seeds/nuts on protein ball for different taste*
(glaze thin layer of honey for a sticky effect)
