Power Up Vegetarian Protein Ball recipe


Ingredients: 
  • 1 TS of Granola (Crushed)
  • 1/2 TS of Honey
  • 1/2 TS of Almond (Crushed) 
  • 1+1/2 Table spoon of chia seed/Hemp seed
  • 1 TS of Vegetable-based protein powder 
  • 1/2 TS of Peanut butter (Optional) 
1. Mix the ingredients in a bowl. (Use Disposable glove) 
2. Make a ball shape out of 1 

*Sprinkle extra protein powder on* 
* Add extra crushed seeds/nuts on protein ball for different taste*
(glaze thin layer of honey for a sticky effect)
