Flavor Profile
Lemon and ginger do most of the talking, from lemongrass, dried ginger and lemon peel, with Nova Scotia cranberries and hibiscus adding a tart, red-fruit edge. Cinnamon, cloves and cardamom sit underneath, and a little stevia leaf takes the edge off. Pluck cuts the blend fine, so one bag carries a lot of flavour, and it ranks among Pluck's top-selling teas.

Ingredients

How to Brew
- Hot: 1 tea bag in 8–12 oz of freshly boiled water, 5 minutes. On its own or lightly sweetened.
- Iced: Pluck says it's delicious iced too, though it publishes no separate iced method.
With honey: Stevia leaf already sweetens it a little, so taste first; if it wants more, our Wildflower is soft enough to let the lemon and ginger lead.
