Flavor Profile
Rooibos gives it a sweet, fragrant base, cinnamon and ginger take the lead, and cardamom, star anise, black pepper, fennel and cloves fill out the warm spice. It has no caffeine, so it works at any hour. Pluck calls it spectacular as a latte with hot steamed milk, and lists it among its holiday teas.

Ingredients

How to Brew
- Hot: 1 tea bag in 8–12 oz of freshly boiled water, 5 minutes. On its own or lightly sweetened.
- Latte: 1 tea bag in 4–6 oz of freshly boiled water, 5 minutes, then add hot steamed milk (dairy, nut or oat).
With honey: Gingerbread runs on molasses, and our Buckwheat, dark and malty, brings that note into the cup; for the latte, stir it into the hot tea before the milk.
