P.O. box addresses
P.O. box addresses can only be shipped by Canada Post. If you have an alternate street address, please use that one for your shipping address instead.

Free shipping is available on orders over $75 within BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, QC, NB, PE, and NS.
Free shipping does not apply to 15 kg (bulk) products. Bulk pails ship at a quoted freight rate.
Some restrictions apply. Free shipping may not reach some remote areas; in those cases we will contact you to find the best way to ship.
A discounted rate for orders under the free-shipping threshold, set well below standard carrier pricing in most cases.
Orders placed before 12 PM EST ship the same day. Orders after that ship the next business day.

- 2 to 3 days, Ottawa and Montreal
- 2 to 5 days, other Central Ontario and Quebec
- 4 to 7 days, metropolitan Prairies (AB, MB, SK) and Maritimes (NS, NB, PEI)

- 7 to 10 days, the Territories and Newfoundland & Labrador (YT, NT, NU, NL)
These are typical delivery times in business days, not a guarantee. Once your order ships, check the tracking for a more accurate arrival date.
Free and flat-rate orders are fulfilled by Canada Post, UPS, GLS, Canpar, ICS, FedEx, or Purolator.
- Free shipping on orders over US$50.
- Valid for the 48 contiguous U.S. states, including the District of Columbia.
- 15 kg (bulk) products are excluded from free shipping.
All U.S. retail orders ship from our warehouse in Utah, so your honey arrives domestically without a border crossing.
Some restrictions apply. Free shipping may not reach some remote areas; in those cases a discounted rate applies, or we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

We cannot currently ship from Canada into the USA
This holds even though tariffs have been removed and honey is defined as tariff-free under USMCA (CUSMA), because the de minimis program has ended. Other customs fees still apply at the border (no duty or tariff), so shipping small orders across it is no longer economical.
U.S. retail orders are unaffected: they ship from our Utah warehouse, as above. U.S. wholesale through Faire is paused indefinitely for the same reason. We will update this page if the situation changes.
U.S. orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx (Ground and Express).
- Orders must be addressed to an individual (no business names or business addresses).
- Japanese customs allow a maximum of 10 kg of honey per recipient per order (honey weight only; jars and boxes do not count).
- Example: two 3 kg pails plus four 1 kg jars reaches the 10 kg maximum.
- This limit applies regardless of the shipping method.
Yamato Transport
Eligible items
- Wildflower honey: 500 g / 1 kg / 3 kg
- Buckwheat honey: 500 g / 1 kg / 3 kg
- Organic honey: 500 g
- Cinnamon infused honey: 300 g
- Cacao infused honey: 300 g
All other products in our catalogue cannot be shipped by Yamato. Flights operate three times in a two-week period, so tracking may show the shipment in Canada for several days before it departs.
UPS
- Faster delivery than Yamato.
- Higher shipping cost.
- Most products can ship, except items restricted by Japanese customs. Hemp seeds cannot be shipped.

上記以外の商品は、ヤマト運輸では発送できません。配送目安は1～2週間です。カナダから日本への航空便は2週間に3便のため、追跡情報にて数日間カナダ国内に留まって表示される場合があります。
UPS配送
- 配送が早い
- 送料はヤマト運輸に比べて高額
- 日本の税関で禁止されていない商品は発送可能（※ ヘンプシードは発送できません）
- Free shipping on orders over $75 CAD.
- A flat $15 CAD for orders under $75 CAD. Some items are excluded.
- Shipments go out by air every Tuesday and Saturday.
- Hemp products cannot be shipped to Korea.
- Please write the recipient's name and address in Korean.
- Korean customs allow a maximum of 5 kg net weight of honey per recipient, per shipment (jar and packaging weight not counted). Additional orders can be placed for different recipients at the same address.
Korean customs require the recipient's Personal Customs Clearance Code (개인통관고유부호, PCCC) for every shipment, regardless of the order amount. Please provide it when you place your order.
The recipient's name, phone number, address, and clearance code must all match exactly, or the package can be held at customs.
